Job description
```Duties```
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- Create and develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies to maintain stock levels
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Oversee the plating and presentation of dishes to ensure they meet quality standards
- Monitor food quality and taste to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members
```Experience```
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a team of kitchen staff
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in the food industry, including cooking, food service, or bartending
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Experience:
Cooking: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Food Handler Certification (preferred)
