Visa For You Immigration Consulting provides expert immigration advice in all Canadian Immigration subjects, while ensuring our Immigration cases are handled in a timely manner. We have excellent experienced staff members who assist our numerous clients from within Canada, USA, and all around the world. Our organization is trustworthy and continuously strives to provide our customers with high quality services, making the process hassle free for our clients. Our clients rely on our experienced consultants to ensure they are being assisted with the best immigration team to handle their immigration files.

At this point VisaForYou is looking for 4 client focused administrative assistants and 3 data clerk entry to join our incredible team to help further our rapid growth. The wage will start $34.50 hourly /30 hours per week, please email us at

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Duties:
-Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc,
-Coordinate the flow of information within the team
-Direct and control daily operations
-Evaluate daily operations
-Motivate staff
-Plan and control budget and expenditures
-Plan and organize daily operations
-Establish and implement policies and procedures
-Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
-Determine and establish office procedures and routines
-Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
-Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
-Manage contracts
-Oversee development of communication strategies
-Oversee the preparation of reports
-Advise senior management
-Respond to employee questions and complaints
-Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants
-Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
-Oversee payroll administration
-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
-Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
-Conduct research
-Provide customer service
-Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
-Maintain and manage digital database.


Qualifications and assets:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Knowledge of Hebrew, Ukrainian and Russian languages is an asset


Data clerk entry
-Coaching
-Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
-Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
-Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
-Receive and log invoices, forms, records, and other documents for data entry.
-Enter data into computerized databases, spreadsheets, or other templates using various input methods suchas a keyboard, mouse, optical scanner, speech recognition software, or other data entry tools.
-Import and export data across different software applications.
-Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.
-Identify, label, and organize electronic storage media.
-Manage libraries of electronic storage media.


Qualifications and assets:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required
