Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth for the company.
- Hiring, leading, and managing the sales team, setting performance goals, and providing guidance to ensure the attainment of objectives.
- Handling the sales budget, forecasting revenue, and optimizing profitability while controlling costs within the packaging services.
- Identifying and targeting potential clients, establishing and nurturing relationships, and closing deals to expand the clientele.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales reports to gain insights into market trends, customer preferences, and the performance of the team.
- Providing leadership in client relationship management, overseeing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional packaging services.
- Offering guidance, coaching, and ongoing training to the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the team's effectiveness and implementing data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Cultivating a sales culture that prioritizes client satisfaction, teamwork, and collaboration to ensure success in the competitive landscape of packaging services.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, sales, or marketing is a minimum requirement
- 5 years or more of progressive experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry or related services
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to guide and motivate the team, set performance goals, and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively, forecast revenue, optimize profitability, and control costs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with clients, the team, and others.
- Proficient in negotiating and closing deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company in contracts.
Location: Mississauga, ON L5N 2X7
Salary: $64.25 hourly for 30 hours per week
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
