We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Restaurant Construction Contractor to oversee and execute the full spectrum of restaurant construction and renovation projects. This role requires a professional with in-depth knowledge of restaurant-specific design, building codes, kitchen infrastructure, and health and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the food service industry, understands the unique challenges of restaurant environments, and can deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Supervise and perform tasks such as framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, finishes, and installation of kitchen and dining equipment.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, fire safety regulations, and health department standards.
Oversee the installation of commercial kitchen equipment, grease traps, ventilation hoods, ADA-compliant restrooms, and fire suppression systems.
Coordinate with inspectors to secure required permits and pass all relevant inspections.
Conduct walkthroughs and punch lists to ensure all construction elements meet quality expectations.
Deliver a completed, fully operational restaurant ready for occupancy and launch.
Provide post-construction support including repairs, modifications, and warranty services as necessary.
