Parking Coordinator

 

Royal Parking Services is currently hiring a Parking Coordinator for a permanent and full-time position to join their team as soon as possible.

Education: Secondary

 

Experience: 1-2 years of experience

Wage: $34.70 / Hr

 

Hours: 30 to 40 Hours per week

Language: English

 

Job Description:

 

  • Develop and implement new administrative processes.
  • Assess and review updated administrative procedures.
  • Assign tasks to office support team members.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring procedures are adhered to and deadlines are met.
  • Manage daily administrative operations within the organization.
  • Oversee the application of policies and procedures for handling records in response to government access to information and privacy requests.
  • Coordinate and organize office services, including accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
  • Assist in preparing operational budgets and monitor inventory and financial controls.
  • Compile data and create regular and specialized reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Enter data into relevant systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide training to staff members.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative processes.
  • Handle conflict resolution and mediate disputes as needed.
  • Implement systems and components to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Offer guidance and support to team members through coaching.
  • Monitor performance and evaluate outcomes.
  • Plan and manage budgets and expenditures effectively.

 

Employment Requirements:

  • Secondary School
  • 1-2 years experience
