Job Title: Caregiver for Elderly Woman

Job Description:
Pandher Residence is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide personal care and support to an elderly woman in a safe and respectful manner. The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, ensuring comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as per instructions
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if required
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Monitor health and report any concerns to the family or healthcare professionals
- Accompany the client to appointments, if needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver, personal support worker (PSW), or in a similar role
- Certification in caregiving, PSW, or healthcare-related training (preferred)
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- A valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory)
