Our team of talented pet groomers are dedicated to making sure you and your pooch get the ultimate pet grooming experience. As a small business, every customer counts and we are so happy you have chosen to have your dog groomed by us.

Position: Pet Grooming Salon Manager (NOC 60040)

Number of vacancies: 1 (one)

Wage: $ 34.07 CAD hourly

Working hours per week: 30 to 35 hours per Week

Work Location: 
356 Lakeshore Rd West Mississauga, ON L5H 1H3

-On-siteWork must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Pet grooming shop

Work conditions: Day, Early Morning, Flexible Hours, Morning, On Call, Weekend

Terms of employment:Permanent employment, Full-time

Language Required: English 

Education Required: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience Required: 1 year of experience

Job Duties: 

• Direct and control daily operations

• Evaluate daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly 

• Plan and organize daily operations

• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff

• Plan and control budget and inventory

• Manage or review contracts for advertising and assist with marketing strategies

• Hire and supervise staff

• Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely manner and makes it right with them

• Provide staff training on grooming dogs

• Report to business owner

• Ensure all team are happy and have everything they need

• The employer may also add other duties within the reasonable scope of the employee´s work, such as helping with ideas on how to make the pet parent experience better or ensuring clean installations and that the team members assist with their duties in the salon.
