Job description:
Urban Tadka Caterings Inc. O/A Urban Tadka located at 335 Deerhurst Drive, Unit 9-11, Brampton, Ontario, L6T 5K3 requires 2 Butchers on Permanent /Full Time basis. Wage: 34.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to Less than 2 years of verifiable experience as a Butcher. JOB DUTIES
- Cutting, trimming, grinding, and portioning meat according to restaurant specifications.
- Preparing specialty cuts, such as filets, chops, or roasts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including butcher block, knives, and other tools.
- Order meat supplies and ensure proper storage and rotation to maintain freshness.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that all meat products are prepared and stored at appropriate temperatures
- Any other relevant tasks.
