About the Role
Sandal Translation Services is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and maintaining information systems while enhancing business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies for application support.
- Analyze and improve business processes through reports and procedures.
- Create technical documentation aligned with business rules and client requirements.
- Manage projects by resolving support requests efficiently, ensuring timely ticket handling by the team.
- Train users to optimize application usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues or escalate them when necessary.
- Investigate software bugs by analyzing data and application logs.
- Collaborate with business teams to address feature requests and solutions.
- Coordinate with the Data Services team to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Provide metrics to assess the effectiveness of software support and maintenance.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2–3 years in IT or related roles
- Languages: Proficiency in English
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in networking software, hardware, and security
- Familiarity with intranet, extranet, servers, and database software
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Outlook, and file management tools
