Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $35.00 per hour
Working Hours: 30~40 hours per week

Job duties:
- Direct, prepare or supervise cooking and other food preparation activities on a daily basis.
- Establish kitchen staff schedules.
- Plan and develop new recipes and menus.
- Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
- Supervise cooks and kitchen workers.
- Inspect cooking equipment, supplies, work areas and ingredients to ensure constant conformance to regulatory standards.
- Order food and other supplies needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Hire and train cooks and other kitchen workers.
Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of high school
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of commercial cooking experience
