Salary: $23.00/hr

Tasks:
- Coordinate and supervise sales staff to ensure smooth operations on the sales floor.
- Manage store operations effectively to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assign tasks to sales staff and prepare work schedules.
- Purchase inventory and products to meet customer demand efficiently while adhering to budget guidelines.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Prepare reports, manage payment processes, and handle inventory returns
- Train and mentor new sales staff, creating an environment that encourages the achievement of sales, service, and operational goals.
- Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitors shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
