Job Description:
- Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
- Supervising administrative records, ensuring compliance with privacy and legal requirements for customer and business documentation.
- Compliance regular reports on sales, inventory, and operations, and handle correspondence with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Distribute work among the staff to complete the customers requirements on time.
- Managing inventory of different types of tiles and other products, ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of work.
- Report office progress to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures.
- Assisting in preparing the operating budget and track expenses related to inventory, procurement, and sales.
- Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings.
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Post Secondary education or experience in the same field is required.
