Operate automated equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production Manage productivity levels and implement improvements for optimal output Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
working with the Automation machine, press machine, and air pressure machine.
Describe the Work Environment.
- The plant is busy and works quickly as it starts full production.
- Most employees speak Korean, but they know English
- It may take the employer time to respond to questions when someone asks them as they try and coordinate how to put it into English
- The facility is still being built, so changes may happen as everything is finalized.
- New machines and tools are being used, so employees will need time to learn how to operate them
- Quick problem-solving is important since the plant is new and might face unexpected challenges
- Teamwork is encouraged
- There is a strong focus on training to help employees understand procedures and safety measures.
- Processes are still being improved, so they need to understand things may not be up to pare asap - it will take time
