Position: Head Cook
Position Available: 1
Working Conditions:
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Wage: $34.62 ~ $36.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
- Working hours: 30~40 hours per week
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook our menus.
- Plan and develop new recipes and menus.
- Inspect cooking equipment, supplies, work areas and ingredients to ensure food safety and quality control.
- Order food ingredients/supplies and update the inventory.
- Oversee the kitchen staff’s performance and deploy their working stations daily.
- Participate in hiring meetings for kitchen staff with the owners, if required.
- Train newly hired cooks/kitchen staff, if required.
Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of high school
- Experience: At least 3 years of cooking experience
- Must be available to work at least one day on weekend.
