Job description:
Salary: $17.25 - 18.00 per hour for 40 - 48 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full Time, Permanent
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Location: 6661 Lundy's Lane, Niagara Falls, ON
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook Japanese meals and dishes listed on the menu;
- Review the menu regularly for new items;
- Coordinate special events and monitor the inventory of food;
- Maintain inventory of food, supplies, and equipment;
- Check and monitor the quality of cooked products;
- Ensure the recipe books are up to date with current menu items, portions, and ingredients;
- Complete the duties as a line cook and perform the duties of kitchen as needed;
- Clean kitchen and work area and keep hygiene and safety practices.
