1 Human resources coordinator - full time permanent position available to start as soon as possible
$42.00 per hour-30 hours per week
Various locations of work in Vernon
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of a college diploma program in related field
- Work experience: 2 years related work experience
- Language: English
Tasks:
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs
- Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
- Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
- Manage training and development strategies
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Recruit and hire staff
- Conduct performance reviews
