Full-time home support worker for my wife and son. Requires support due to complex medical conditions. Full assistance with activity of daily living in order to maintain dignity and independence. Duties include: meal preparation, serve nutritious food, feeding, assisting in personal hygiene, medication administration, mobilizing, taking to and from activities, companionship, cooking, safety supervision and personal intervention when necessary.

High school graduate. Must have experience in elderly for the past 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience. Non-smoking. Willing to travel regularly, Public transportation is available.
