BREKA BAKERY & CAFE (W Hastings Branch) is looking for a MANAGER for our 24 hours/7days operating store in Vancouver, BC!

Number of Opening: 1
Conditions:
- Compensation: Annual Salary $75,000 ~ $78,000 (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week
- MUST BE available to work a flexible schedule including any weekdays, weekends and holidays and shifts that meet 24 hours/7days operational business needs
Job duties:
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate store operations.
- Manage inventory and modify operational procedures.
- Build work schedules considering the business trend and community events etc.
- Monitor, coach, and manage staffs’ performance.
- Participate in the management meetings, if needed.
- Optimize profitability by controlling key variable costs of food, coffee, supplies and labour.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Maintain and report monthly cash reconciliation as per company standards.
- Hire and plan for training new staff(s).

Job Requirements:
- Language: English
- Completion of Secondary
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the food service industries including at least 2 years of supervisory experience
