Role Overview for Training Associate

Through our extensive training and coaching program, you will become an Independent Financial Broker - you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals by offering customized financial products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a sales-driven environment, are eager to be coached, and have a passion for helping others secure their financial future. Comprehensive training will be provided to support your success.

What You Will Learn

Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out potential clients through networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each client's financial situation and objectives.

Sales and Product Recommendations: Present and promote a range of financial products, including investments, insurance, retirement plans, and savings accounts, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Close sales by effectively communicating the benefits and value of the financial products offered.

Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and financial advice. Regularly review clients' financial portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with their goals and make necessary adjustments.

Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes through continuous education and professional development. Operate with a high level of autonomy, managing your own time, resources, and client interactions.

Networking and Referral Generation: Actively participate in industry events, community organizations, and social networks to expand your client base. Leverage existing client relationships to generate referrals and new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to obtain a provincial Insurance license at your own expense (LLQP License)
