Be able to cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods especially various type of Bengali style Biryani and Curry (fish & meat), verities type of Bengali style Grills (sheik kabab, boti kabab, stake, chap etc.), varous type Bengali style traditional desert (pitha) and Sweets ( Rosgolla, Chomchome, Rosmali, Sondesh, Kalo Jam etc.
