- $35 hourly/44 hours per week, to start as soon as possible;
- Must have High School graduation certificate, 3 years to less than 5 years experience, criminal record check and valid driver's licence;
- Be proficient in MS Excel;
- Have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication in English, be organized, reliable, team player and have values and ethics;
- Work site environment is noisy and dusty;
- Will supervise 11-15 people at all times;
- Responsibilities/tasks: supervise, co-ordinate, schedule and review activities of workers, prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules, train or arrange for training, oversee safety of operations, resolve work problems, provide technical advise, recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, set up machines and equipment, inspect final products, establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
Will have repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, pay attention to detail, have hand-eye co-ordination, ability to distinguish between colours, work is combination of sitting, standing, walking.
