Job duties:
- Design, write, test, and maintain code for new software applications focused on e-commerce platforms, online trading systems, and business transaction solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend system modifications or new installations to optimize trading operations and e-commerce performance.
- Evaluate interrelationships between various programs and assess potential impacts of changes on system performance, security, and user experience.
- Develop software for interactive user interfaces, including animation and graphical elements for e-commerce websites and mobile applications.
- Write clear documentation for both new and updated software applications to ensure smooth integration with business processes and future maintenance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting e-commerce platforms, trading systems, and business applications, and communicate solutions effectively.
- Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements, focusing on features that improve transaction security, speed, and scalability.
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation related to software updates, bug fixes, and performance optimizations.
- Conduct research and surveys to gather data on user needs, market trends, and system performance, contributing to product improvements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other specialists to develop software solutions that meet the unique needs of the trading and e-commerce environment.
Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle complex programming applications
- Proficient in finding creative solutions to complex problems
- Strong technical/analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on identifying software bugs and system inefficiencies
- Organizational and project management skills; ability to work collaboratively with various teams to meet project goals
- Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills, and proven leadership
- Up-to-date knowledge of software technologies
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managerial level in Computer System or Software Development
- Experience developing software services and knowledge of design for scalability, performance and reliability.
