Currently, we are looking for a full-time Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The candidate must attribute a self-motivated, customer service focused, positive attitude, and analytical skills.

As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible to

• Supervise team members and assign duties to the staff.
• Hire, train, and oversee the new staff and sustain high-performance team.
• Ensure compliance to company standards as it pertains to safety, customer communications and overall store operations.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, tracking the sales and merchandising etc.
• Monitor and prepare inventory orders by determining the stocks and order merchandise.
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a prompt way.
• Authorize payments and the return of the merchandise.
• Perform other key holding duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience required

• Completion of Secondary School.
• Demonstrated experience in retail sales.
• Supervisory experience would be an asset but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service oriented.
