Job description:
MN Software Solutions Inc located at 92 Princess Valley, Brampton, Ontario L6P 2B9 requires 1 Instructional Designer on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 34 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. 2 years to less than 3 years’ experience is required. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided. Job Duties – Instructional Designer
- Analyze the learning needs of users who interact with the software by understanding their existing knowledge, skill levels, and any challenges they face in using the software effectively.
- Designing a curriculum that outlines the learning path for users.
- Ensuring that the software itself is user-friendly by providing guidance on interface design, navigation, and accessibility features.
- Developing and deploying training feedback mechanisms and further Implementing improvements based on feedback.
- Designing assessments to measure user proficiency with the software and gathering feedback to improve the learning materials.
- Collaborating with product development teams to ensure that instructional materials align with the latest software updates and features.
- Facilitate/Lead Train-the-Trainer sessionsfor various client programs.
- Any other related tasks
