Overview:

The Watershed Grill is currently seeking a skilled Line Cook to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties:

• Determine the size of food portions and costs
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Food preparation

Requirements:

-High school graduation

-Language, English

-Minimum 2 years related work experience

-Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
