Job Posting: Vice president – Education Services
Location: Ilderton, ON
Position Type: Full Time
Wage: $120,000 annually (35 Hours per week)

We are now seeking a passionate and dedicated Vice President of Educational Services to join our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set strategic objectives for early childhood education and approve related policies and programs.
- Approve the establishment of early childhood education departments and key leadership roles.
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement educational policies and programs.
- Approve promotional campaigns and oversee personnel planning, including staff recruitment and development.
- Select senior staff and middle managers for leadership positions in early childhood education programs.
- Coordinate activities across various early childhood education programs and ensure alignment with goals.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions related to early childhood care and education.
Qualifications:
- A university degree or college diploma
- Several years of experience as a middle manager in a related institution or organization
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
