We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to help our clients achieve their investment goals through our comprehensive trading courses. As a sales consultant, you will be the face of our academy, providing detailed course information and tailored solutions to prospective learners.

Salary

$73,000 - $80,000 per annum

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for expanding course reach.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients within Canada and internationally.
  • Analyze market conditions and competitors' activities and gain insight into emerging markets and trading education trends.
  • Assess clients' needs, recommend or assist in the selection of appropriate courses, and negotiate prices or other terms.
  • Provide suggestions on course design to meet client and market demands.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of trading courses to explain features to clients and answer questions about offerings.
  • Develop sales presentations, proposals, or other materials to illustrate course benefits.
  • Estimate the costs associated with enrolling in and completing the certified trading courses.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts and maintain detailed customer records.
  • Develop, implement, and report on sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase course enrollments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to attract potential clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company's offerings.
  • Consult with clients after enrollment to resolve any issues and provide ongoing support throughout their learning journey.
  • Offer training sessions on how to access and utilize the online trading courses effectively.
  • Troubleshoot any technical problems clients may encounter with course access or materials.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance course offerings based on client feedback and industry trends.

 

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales is considered an asset.
  • Experience in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the financial markets and trading concepts is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in developing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
