Job description:
1000410192 ONTARIO INC O/A Municipal Goods located at 461 King St W, Toronto, ON M5V 1K4 requires 1 Administrative Assistant on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 34.07 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. 1 year to less than 2 years’ verifiable experience is required. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided.

Duties
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation, including employee records, vendor contracts, and financial documents.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and take the action accordingly.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and other restaurant-related events.
- Act as the point of contact between the restaurant and vendors, maintenance providers, and external service providers.
- Assist the owner in administrative work such as payroll, sending invoices, follow-up on pending payments etc.
- Monitor and order office supplies and other restaurant essentials as needed.
- Assist the owner in managing the restaurant’s social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, responding to messages, and engaging with followers.
- Any other tasks relevant to smooth operations of the business.
