We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and performing a variety of office tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $27.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, take accurate messages, and handle incoming calls appropriately.
  • Respond to customer e-mails, telephone calls, messages, and other correspondence.
  • Ensure that customer queries are handled promptly and in a friendly manner.
  • Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and arrange for maintenance and repairs.
  • Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Keep track of invoices, reports, and correspondence to keep them in order.
  • Maintain an inventory of office supplies and order them as needed.
  • Compile and administer monthly performance data and statistical reports.
  • Schedule office events and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Manage all administrative tasks by organizing and prioritizing them.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of Secondary school.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience or completion of college or other program for administrative assistants/secretaries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Skill in resolving challenges promptly and efficiently.
  • Strong computer skills including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to work in a team environment.
