Our Store is located at 28 Iber Rd Building E, Stittsville, ON K2S 2R1

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Managing inventory to control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Creating schedules for current employees and appraising staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity.
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
  • Control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant.
  • Hire new employees or staff and take care of staff training.

  

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 1 – 2 years related experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and with team too
  • Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities
  • Have good communication skill
