Requirements:
- Education: High school
- Experience: 1 year or more
- Language: English
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff;
- Establish work schedule;
- Order ingredients and supplies;
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
