We are seeking two Welders to join our team.
Start date: as soon as possible
$32.00 to $34.00 per hour, 2 vacancies, Full time- permanent, 30 hours per week
Requirements:
- Secondary Education certificate
- 2 years related work experience
- Language required: English
- Location of work: Various locations in Kelowna, BC
- Relocation costs covered by employer

Key duties of the role:
- Interpret welding process specifications
- Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
- Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
- Determine weldability of materials
- Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
- Start up, shut down, adjust and monitor robotic welding production line
- Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment
