Job Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses, using accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Regularly reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and balance sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Track and manage cash flow by ensuring that payments are received from clients and bills are paid on time.
- Prepare and issue invoices for services rendered, track outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Ensure that the company complies with tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns, remitting taxes, and maintaining proper records.
- Track inventory levels, costs, and movements to ensure accurate financial reporting related to stock and logistics operations.
- Monitor and record expenses related to shipping, transportation, and logistics operations, ensuring proper documentation and classification.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the company's accounting system, checking for errors and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and logistics partners to resolve billing and payment issues.
