Marketing Automation Canada (MAC) invites applications for the role of Senior Marketing Solutions Consultant. Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least one year of proven experience in marketing solutions consulting.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with training in Marketo (certification is required).
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • In-depth understanding of marketing strategies, best practices, and platform limitations.
    • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing team, timelines and delivering high-quality results.
    • Ability to work effectively with diverse clients and adapt strategies to meet varying project requirements.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for providing strategic guidance.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and strong client relationships.
    • Proficiency in utilizing a variety of marketing tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their marketing challenges, goals, and ideas. Build strong relationships and establish trust through effective communication.
  • Strategic Consulting: Advise clients on optimal strategies by enhancing their ideas, suggesting optimizations and best practices, and addressing platform limitations with alternative solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead the execution of marketing projects from inception to completion, including planning, solution design, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Timeline Oversight: Manage project timelines diligently to ensure all initiatives are completed within the scoped timeframes while maintaining high standards of delivery.
  • Diverse Client Portfolio: Handle a wide range of projects for clients from startups to enterprise-sized organizations, including tasks such as nurture programs, scoring models, data management, and segmentation.

Compensation: The role offers an annual salary of $117,000, based on a minimum of 40 work hours per week. Benefit package includes medical, dental, employee assistance program, life insurance, accidental Death
