Uni-One Food Group offers retail (mainly online platform) and wholesale services to BC. We urgently need an exceptional Operations Vice-president to join our team and help us execute growth strategy.

Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $41.50 per hour, according to experience
The Operations Vice-president will:
- Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Employment requirement:
- Language: English
- Completion of a college program in business administration, finance or other discipline related to the job
- 2 to 3 years’ years experience as a middle manager in related industry
