ABS SafeCom Trucking Consultants

Office supervisor

• Location: 1339 Khalsa Drive, suite 205, Mississauga, ON L5S 1W6, Canada.
• Workplace information: On site (Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely).
• Salary: $30.00 to $34.50 per hour (To be negotiated)
• Total working hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment/Full time
• Employment conditions: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, On Call, Overtime, Shift, To be determined, Weekend
• Start date: Starts as soon as possible
• Vacancies: 1 vacancy
• Languages: English
• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff. 
• Establish work schedules and procedures for office operations. 
• Ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed efficiently. 
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. 
• Manage office supplies and oversee inventory control processes. 
• Resolve work-related issues and implement corrective actions. 
• Prepare operational reports and maintain records of office activities. 
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluations of staff. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide support to management by coordinating administrative activities.
