Duties/Responsibilities

• Allocate resources—material, human, and financial—to execute organizational policies and programs.
• Authorize and oversee the creation of key departments and the appointment of senior leadership positions.
• Coordinate the operations of various regions, divisions, or departments.
• Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional strategies, and oversee overall human resources planning.
• Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions, or delegate representatives to act on its behalf.
• Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate appropriate authority, and foster optimal working conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent 

Requirements:

3 years to less than 5 years work experience is required

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Hourly Rate: $54/Hour
