Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities of sales and support staff, providing guidance and ensuring that employees adhere to Cordoba Coffee’s quality and service standards.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about Cordoba Coffee’s product line, standards, and processes
  • Approve payments by cheque and authorize merchandise returns, ensuring all transactions comply with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain an adequate stock of coffee products, supplies, and other merchandise.
  • Establish work schedules for employees, optimizing staff allocation to meet customer demand and operational needs.
  • Generate and review reports on sales volumes, inventory, staffing, and other personnel matters to support decision-making and performance assessment.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and tracking merchandise to ensure a well-organized and efficient store layout.
  • Address customer requests, complaints, and any supply shortages.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, monitor daily sales transactions, and ensure accuracy in cash management, including deposits and end-of-day reconciliation.
