Job description:
Salary: Ranging from $21.85 to $24 per hour for 40 - 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full Time, Permanent
Experience: 2 years or more

Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of a restaurant
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance and complete sales reports
- Conduct performance reviews
- Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Cost food and services for special events
- Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering and use of facilities for events
- Manage events
- Develop, implement, analyze budgets
- Participate in, and coordinate with, marketing plans and implementation
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Listen to, and resolve, customer complaints
- Assist in recruiting staff and overseeing staff training
