Nanny wanted in Brampton, Ontario, – $19 per hour
A loving family is looking to hire a nanny to take care of their two children, a teenager and a pre-teen. The Pay rate is $19 per hour. Flexible work time depending on need as determined by the employer. Full time position for one year. Nonsmoking environment. A minimum of college diploma. Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written) and a minimum of 7 months relevant experience. No alcohol and use of drugs or substances.
Skills/tasks: Team player, prepare and serve nutritious meals, ability to assist with school work, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, take the children to and from school and to appointments, take the children to social and recreational places, engage with the children in recreational sports such as biking and ball games, attend to emotional well-being of the children, prepare the children for bed and rest, supervise the children, implement instructions given by the parents in the care of the children, instruct the children in personal hygiene and social development, good judgment, reliability, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
The work will be performed in the home of the employer. The employer does not provide transportation, but the home is accessible by public transportation. Live-in option is available at no extra cost to the person hired/nanny.
Requirements: criminal record clearance, medical clearance certificate, valid driver's license, a minimum of college education, vulnerable sector check, basic security clearance, First Aid/CPR Certificate, and two references.
