Food Service Manager
Terms of Employment:
-Position: Food Service Manager
-Vacancy: 1
-Work Hours: 6~8 hours per day or 30~40 hours per week (Full-time), Permanent
-Wage: $29.50~31.00 per hour (depending on experience)
-Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year
Job Duties:
-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant and a food service
-Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
-Recruit staff and oversee staff training
-Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
-Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
-Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
-Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Requirements:
-Experience: Minimum 2~3 years of related experience
-Language: English is required
-Education: Completion of Secondary School
