Salary and Benefits

Salary: $70,000 per annum

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish sales objectives and strategies to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction for our diverse range of stylish and high-quality footwear, clothing, and accessories.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of key sales departments and senior sales associate positions.
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement sales strategies and programs. Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee personnel planning within the sales department.
  • Represent the company in sales negotiations and other official functions to promote and expand business opportunities, ensuring Shoe N Such remains a trusted and beloved store.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the retail market.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff to ensure a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies within the sales department.
  • Drive innovation in sales techniques and approaches to stay ahead in the competitive market and continue setting new standards in the retail industry.
  • Develop and implement sales policies and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all sales activities.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve sales targets and financial objectives.
  • Develop programs and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, driving repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and stakeholders to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a middle manager in retail, trade, or a related service industry.
  • A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance, or a related discipline would be an asset.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead, motivate, and develop sales staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape within the retail industry.
  • Proficiency in using sales management software and other relevant tools to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
