Requirements:
Experience: 1 year or more
Education: Not required
Language: Basic English
Duties:
- Prepare and cook full course meals, individual dishes and foods including pizzas, pastas, steaks, salads and traditional Greek cuisine.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Ensure quality of food meet standards
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Supervise kitchen helpers and trainees.
