Framer-carpenter

• Location: 7175 Tomken Road, Mississauga, ON L5S 1P3, Canada.
• Workplace information: On site (Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely).
• Salary: $32.50 to $34.00 per hour (To be negotiated) 
• Total work hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment/Full time
• Work conditions: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, On Call, Shift, To be determined
• Start date: Starts as soon as possible

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Interpreting blueprints and project specifications to plan framing layouts
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials to precise specifications
• Assembling and erecting frameworks for structures such as walls, floors, and roofs
• Installing interior and exterior finishes, including siding, trim, and insulation
• Collaborating with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure seamless integration of systems
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
• Communicating effectively with project managers and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
