Job description:
Urban Tadka Caterings Inc. O/A Urban Tadka located at 335 Deerhurst Drive, Unit 9-11, Brampton, Ontario, L6T 5K3 requires 3 Food Service Supervisor on a Permanent and Full-time basis. Wage: $ 28.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 2 years to less than 3 years’ experience in catering. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 paid sick leaves will be provided.

Job Duties :
- Overall supervision of the food service and kitchen including the staff members.
- Responsible for smooth food service at catering events.
- Oversee Maintenance and upkeep of mobile kitchen vans.
- Make a bi-weekly work schedule for kitchen staff (base kitchen and catering on location).
- Coordinate catering logistics for events, including setup, service, and cleanup.
- Manage Inventory and order food materials, spices, and other supplies.
- Supervise food preparation and presentation to ensure quantity and quality of food being delivered for catering orders.
- Assist the owner in recruitment and training of new staff.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in food preparation and service.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns if any shortcomings in events.
- Any other relevant tasks
