Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients who require IT services, solutions, or support.
- Research and gather information about potential clients and their IT needs.
- Sales Presentation and Consultation:
- Develop a deep understanding of E-net Solutions' IT services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to corporate clients.
- Conduct product/service presentations, consult with clients on their IT requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their IT needs are met.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to develop custom solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- Continuously monitor and report on sales metrics and progress.
- Market Analysis and Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to make informed sales strategies.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM software.
- Generate regular sales reports for management review.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the sales team, technical experts, and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate IT sales, preferably in the IT solutions/services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales software.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
