Job description:
ADM Dairy Inc. located at 15-5484 Tomken Road, Mississauga, ON, L4W 2Z6 requires 1 Logistics Coordinator on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $28.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided.

Job Duties
- Plan and schedule transportation of materials and finished goods to and from the manufacturing facility.
- Assign drivers and trucks, draw up the routes and create pick-up and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to track inbound shipments, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate returns or replacements as necessary.
- Ensuring proper measures are in place to minimize shipping errors and discrepancies.
- Any other relevant tasks for smooth flow of materials and products.
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with production team to ensure adequate inventory levels to meet production schedules while minimizing excess inventory holding costs.
