Elderly Caregiver needed in Delta, BC
We are a small family and are looking for a reliable, friendly, organized and dedicated caregiver for an elderly father. We are looking for a caregiver who is ready to take care of him in my absence at our house located at Delta, BC, V4C 6B5
Job title: Elderly Caregiver
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (40hr/week)

Wage: C$24.00/hr.
Language Requirement: English.
Qualification: Senior Secondary (High) School Certificate.
Experience: 1 month to 7 months.
Start Date: As soon as possible

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
- Following schedule given by Doctor for his prescribed medicine by doctor.
- Take elderly to and from appointments
- Assist and make elderly follow his regular exercises schedule as prescribed.
- Assume full responsibility for household in absence of the householder and stay with the elderly someone is at home.
- Launder and iron clothes of the elderly
- Tend to his emotional well-being.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals as prescribe by doctor.
- Assist in personal care services, such as oral hygiene and grooming
- Patient enough to understand what he speaks as some time he is slow to speak.
- Perform hygiene maintenance activities such as cleaning up after meals and laundry of soiled bedding and clothing.
