Job Duties:
Supervise the staff engaged in serving food and maintaining cleanliness of food service areas.
Maintain and estimate supplies and order ingredients required for preparation of meals.
Making work schedules. Train all the employees with appropriate procedures to be used while preparing meals.
Keep records of the amount and cost of meals served, wastage, and ordered ingredients.
Ensure during the use of utensils and other equipment sanitary standards are met.
Perform regular investigations on a daily basis to maintain high food quality,
May assist in planning menus and updates if required.
Conduct regular inspections to record staff member’s performance during food preparation and food services.
Handle guest complaints and bring them to the management.
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
Completion of any program in food service administration and/ or a minimum of 1- year of experience in food service is required
