Global Spectrum Facility Management LP. #1-300 Highway 2 Dawson Creek, BC V1G 04A, seeking 2 experienced Mobile Executive Catering Chefs to fulfill short term contract in the following cities: Quebec, QC; Vancouver, BC; Kelowna, BC; Victoria, BC; Prince George, BC; Edmonton, AB; Winnipeg, MB; and Saint John, NB. Requirements include: Culinary certificate or its equivalent required; professional culinary experience of minimum 5 years and formal proven training required; knowledge in food catering industry specifically for high performance professional athletes & performers; strong interpersonal skills, planning, decision making, coordination of kitchen staff competencies; knowledge in food allergies dietary restrictions; ability to know the specific needs of each person on tour; cook and prepare a variety of 300 meals a day, 12 to 21 days straight 12 hours a day; set up kitchen equipment; lift, pull, and carry up to 23kg/50lbs; valid driver’s license.
